Download problems
Please include the link of the post, the device and browser you used and what happened, for example the error message you saw. Posts of protected accounts, deleted posts, posts X shows only to logged-in users, broadcasts and Spaces cannot be downloaded.
Copyright and abuse reports
BirdGrab does not host any content: every file comes from X at the moment it is downloaded. How to report a work of yours or misuse of the service is explained in section 6 of our Terms of Use.
Privacy requests
To ask about or delete your data, email us. What happens to the messages you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
