Which qualities can I download?
The ones X keeps for that video – usually a few sizes between 270p and 1080p. The largest is listed first; smaller files load faster on a slow connection.
Where do the downloaded videos go?
They are saved wherever your browser keeps downloads – usually the Downloads folder on a computer or an Android phone, and the Files app (Downloads) on iPhone and iPad.
How do I save an X video to my iPhone's Photos?
Paste the link, tap Download and confirm in Safari. The video appears in the Files app under Downloads; open it and choose Share → Save Video to add it to Photos.
What if a post has several videos?
Each video of the post gets its own block with its own quality buttons, in the order they appear on X.
Can I download videos from protected accounts?
No. We can only reach posts that are publicly visible on X. Posts of protected accounts, deleted posts and posts X shows only to logged-in users cannot be downloaded.
Can I download live broadcasts or Spaces?
No. Live broadcasts and Spaces are streamed in real time; only videos posted as normal posts can be saved.
Can I re-upload videos I download?
